    Traditional metal braces not only correct the straightness of the front teeth, but they also work on perfecting the bite, meaning the back teeth (molars) are being shifted into a better place too. These back teeth take longer to manipulate. Six Month Smiles® only works on the teeth that show when you smile, therefore the process is quicker. It’s not that the teeth are being moved any faster, it’s just that the bite isn’t taken into account, thus resulting in a final look that appears the same – straighter teeth when you smile.
